DESCRIPTIONThe new Textile and Fashion Hub in Richmond will open its doors to the public, unveiling the textile, clothing and footwear industry’s latest state of the art facility.
The Hub is a space for SMEs to access resources, knowledge, leading edge equipment, capital and experience, located in an environment for design driven entrepreneurs to thrive, learn, connect and collaborate through a state of the art sampling production and innovative design network.
The day will showcase the Hub’s cutting edge digital printing, body scanning and knitting machinery, together with seminars and workshops on the latest innovations in design, sustainability and technology.
The Textile and Fashion Hub is a collaboration between AusIndustry, the Council of Textile and Fashion Industries of Australia and Kangan Institute, and is located at Kangan Institute in Cremorne Street, Richmond.
