Look 1, the folded trapeze dress in traditional African Wax Fabric. I was about to throw it away and call it a mistake. I had been working on it for ages and I was fed up... then I suddenly recognised it's beauty and fell in love with it!

I had my hair died bright red whilst Jean Paul Gaultier was having his hair dyed peroxide in the seat next me. It was a tiny but thrilling bonding moment I had with a true Fashion Saint..?.
