What's your favourite piece from your current collection and why?

It would have to be the Gwendolyn Maxi Dress - floor sweeping & made from silk with cotton tulle, it encompasses everything that Luela stands for - femininity, elegance, and it has a beautiful textured neckline - we like to mix up our styling with something a little different in each piece.

Who is your favourite Australian model?

We have always loved Miranda Kerr. To us she is the ultimate Luela Girl with her elegance and sophistication - yet she also has the sassiness to pull off a babydoll or mini-dress. She is the epitome of health, happiness and strength.

Whose personal style do you admire and why?

Natalie Portman, Rachel Bilson, Miranda Kerr - all girlie-girls with sass.

What is your favourite city in the world??

New York City! The lights, the energy, the vibe...need we say more?!

What is your favourite boutique in your hometown??

We love Sami & Sita in Sydney - set on gorgeous William Street in Paddington and offering lots of beautiful things including the essential Luela summer pieces!
