Describe the first thing you ever designed

Clea: I made a pencil case with my name appliqued on the front in year 8 home ec - very 80s. It was floral and had a bright exposed metal zip. I wish I still had it.

Describe your personal style in a sentence?

Clea: Nathan dresses like he is going out on a boat for the afternoon - think crinkled linen, bermuda shorts and leather shoes and I love referencing power dressing with trousers and shoulder pads.

Tell us something we might not know about you?

On our first date we ordered spaghetti. Such a hard dinner to eat politely! Believe me it's not as romantic as Lamp and the Tramp make it! Somehow we made it through.

What's your favourite piece from your current collection and why??

Clea: I love the slouch merino wool jumper because I can't wait to be curled up in it when the cold hits and it was such a labor of love to design - we really spent some time making it just perfect. Nathan loves the Caribbean Pants - they are slimline and don't look like much on the rack, but on boys or girls they are so versatile. Oh and did I forget the silk twill Cloud Spanish Jacket? We both want it now!

Who is your favourite Australian model??

We are really fortunate to work with some amazing young models that will become tomorrow's favourite Australian models. There are so many talented Australians, we don't want to just pick one.

Whose personal style do you admire and why??

We are interested in people who make their own style. Who aren't afraid to take risks and seek the new.

What is your favourite city in the world??

Melbourne is up there in the top 5. It's vibrant and is filled with wonderful people. It's a pleasure to spend most of our time here.

What is your favourite boutique in your hometown??

Our hometown is Darwin and we'd have to say the sunset markets there are more amazing than any boutique.
